Therapy is an investment of time and resources. Below is a clear outline of my current fees and how i work.
A brief 10–15 minute call to talk through what you are looking for and answer any initial questions.
Sessions are usually weekly, either in person or online.
Longer sessions designed to give both partners space. These can be weekly or fortnightly.
I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy. This approach explores how past relationships and unconscious patterns influence our current perceptions and symptoms. Sometimes called depth psychotherapy, it is informed by psychoanalysis, object relations, and attachment theory.
Most people attend weekly sessions at a regular time. Couples often meet for 75 minutes, either weekly or fortnightly.
Availability changes throughout the year. If there is a wait, I will let you know the expected timeframe when you first get in touch.
No. The practice is private and self-pay only.
No. My fees are fixed, and I do not offer a sliding scale.
