For over a decade, I have worked with individuals and couples as an English-speaking psychotherapist through periods of transition, loss, and psychological change. I have been drawn to questions of meaning, relationship, and how people come to understand themselves over time, particularly when familiar ways of coping begin to falter.
I completed my Master’s training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust in London, where I developed a strong foundation in depth-oriented and attachment-based clinical work. After several years of practice there, I now work from Berlin and online with people internationally.
Since founding The Primrose Practice in 2011, my focus has been offering therapy that is thoughtful, steady, and attuned. I am particularly interested in work that does not rush towards solutions, but stays with complexity long enough for something more honest and durable to emerge.
I work with a wide range of difficulties:
I trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust in London, one of the UK’s leading institutes for psychodynamic training and clinical practice. Alongside this foundation, I continue to deepen my work through ongoing clinical practice, supervision, and further professional development. I am currently undertaking additional training in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy with the Mind Foundation in Berlin, exploring emerging therapeutic frameworks within this developing field.
