1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by The Primrose Practice, operated by Sophie Frost, located at 28a Borsigstrasse, 10115 Berlin, Germany.
2. Services
The Primrose Practice offers psychological counselling and therapy services. Services are provided exclusively by appointment.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
- Appointments can be requested via email.
- Cancellations must be communicated at least 7 days in advance
- Sessions cancelled less than 7 days before the appointment may be charged in full.
4. Fees and Payment
- Fees are agreed individually prior to the start of therapy.
- Payments are accepted by bank transfer or other agreed methods.
- Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due immediately after each session.
5. Liability
The services offered are not a substitute for medical treatment.
The Primrose Practice is not liable for any damages arising from misuse of the information provided during sessions. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health.
6. Confidentiality
All information shared in therapy sessions is treated as strictly confidential, in accordance with professional obligations under German law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
