Therapy in the heart of Berlin-Mitte
Meeting in person can bring a grounding sense of connection. Many people find that the contained setting of the therapy room makes it easier to reflect, feel, and process at a deeper level. Subtle dynamics body language, presence, tone emerge more vividly in the room, adding richness to the work. The therapeutic relationship is like no other. It is a relationship with the sole purpose of helping you see yourself and your way of relating mirrored back to you. Good psychotherapy is not therapy for its own sake it is a process that actually leads you somewhere meaningful.
We all carry with us blueprints from our families and early experiences. These shape the way we see the world: how we interpret events, how we cope with distress, and how we relate to others. Later in life, these blueprints can cause us to repeat patterns that no longer serve us, sometimes leaving us with a sense of frustration or stuckness. In therapy, the work is to bring these underlying patterns into awareness, so they can be understood and shifted within the safety of the therapeutic relationship.
Most of my practice takes place in person, though I also offer hybrid sessions when needed for example, if we are travelling, unwell, or living between Berlin and elsewhere. This flexibility allows us to maintain continuity while keeping in-room work at the heart of the process.
Contact me to schedule a brief introductory call by phone or Zoom.
We’ll speak briefly to explore your needs and see if we’re a good fit.
If it feels right, we’ll schedule your first in-person session at my Berlin office. Hybrid options are also possible when travel, health, or distance make it necessary.
We’ll meet regularly (at least weekly) in-person or online to build consistency and depth in the work.
Together we’ll clarify your goals and reflect on how therapy is supporting your life.
My practice is based in Berlin-Mitte, close to public transport and easy to reach. The exact address will be shared when we schedule your first session.
Sessions are held weekly, as consistency helps the work go deeper. Depending on your needs, we can also discuss different rhythms.
Yes. While most of my work is in person, I switch to online sessions when travelling or for need. I allow my clients to do the same. This hybrid approach allows us to maintain continuity and flexibility.
The first session is a chance to get a feel for working together. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and how I work. You’ll have space to ask questions and decide whether it feels like the right fit for you. I always ask my clients to fill out a questionnaire before the first session.
Whether you’re looking for in-person sessions in Berlin or a hybrid approach that combines office and online work, I offer a safe and consistent space to explore what matters most to you. If you’d like to begin, the first step is to schedule a short introductory call.
